What is an ATC? Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) are mini original works of art measuring 2.5” x 3.5” - the same size as standard baseball cards or Pokémon cards. They are primarily created to be collected, traded, and swapped within the art community rather than sold.

1. Swap Details
Theme: Open - you decide! All 6 cards can be the same or all different - you decide.
Medium: Mixed medium welcome. (Avoid too much 3d material as it tends to add weight to shipping).
Participation Numbers: Make 6 cards to receive 5 back (keep 1, mail 5 for exchange)
Deadline: Mail-in deadline September 30th, 2026.
2. Guidelines - All participants should follow these universal ATC rules to ensure the swap goes smoothly:
Dimensions: All cards must measure exactly 2.5" × 3.5".
Sturdiness: Use heavy paper, cardstock, or watercolor paper as the base so the cards don't easily bend or tear.
Packaging: Not required - Participants can place each card in a plastic collector's sleeve to protect the art during shipping or leave it bare. (I love to avoid plastic, but if you have them, you can use them.
3. Require Information on the Back - Every participant must include their details on the reverse side of each card so the recipient knows who to credit:
Creator's name / social media handle (e.g., Instagram)
Title of the piece and date
Location (City/State/Country)
The medium/techniques used (optional)
4. Organize Shipping and Swapping:
Return Postage: Include a clearly written Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope (SASE). The return postage must cover the weight of the new cards they are receiving back.
Postage $: You can add postage or cash to the SASE so I can ship the ATC cards back.
Add $5 for return postage within Ohio, or $7 in the USA.Sorting & Dispersal: Once all entries are in our hands, we will sort the cards and package them for shipping right away. All participants should have their cards by 10/31/26.
